Facilitation of a company's strategic planning process by Elevation Leadership will help to maintain focus on the business strategy and its ongoing development.  As a facilitator, we will also aid company leadership in managing the accountability within the process for its strategic planning team members.  Additionally, Elevation Leadership can assist with market assessments and other external factor analysis to aid in the planning process.
